What are the program dates?
The program dates are May 17 – 21, 2026.
What are the travel parameters for arrival day, Sunday, May 17?
You may arrive on Sunday, May 17. We recommend flights arriving into NCE by 3:00pm. The hotel is approximately 30-45 minutes from the airport and there will be a Welcome Reception starting at 6:00pm that evening. Check-in time at the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat is after 3:00pm.
What time can I depart on departure day, Thursday, May 21?
Flights can be booked anytime; there are no planned activities on this day. Check-out time at Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat is 12:00pm.
How do I get to France?
International flights will be booked from your home city into Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport (Airport Code: NCE) for arrivals on Sunday, May 17th.
Upon arriving in France, you will clear immigration, retrieve your luggage, and proceed through customs.
The transfer from Nice International Airport to Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat is approximately 30-45 minutes.
What documents do I need to travel to France?
All travelers to France are required to have a valid passport and proof of return/onward travel. Your passport must be valid at least 3 months past your intended departure date. Please be sure that your passport has at least one blank page for stamping. Your passport must be valid upon entry and for the duration of your stay. Please check the expiration date on your passport!
Can I come in early or stay late and stay at Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat?
Rooms will NOT be available at Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat prior to main arrival day, Sunday, May 17th.
If you would like to arrive early and extend your stay elsewhere in France, you may do so at your own expense.
If you would like to extend your stay at Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat upon the conclusion of the program, please email Michelle Sedlak at msedlak@classicconferences.com to check availability PRIOR to booking your flights. If rooms are available at the group rate, the rate will be €2,224++ plus applicable taxes and fees per night; however this is based on hotel rate and room availability. If rooms are not available at the group rate, the hotel will advise of other options. Please reach out to Michelle for assistance with any post-meeting stays.
How do I book flights for myself and my guest?
After completing registration, you will receive an email from our travel partner, Carousel Travel, to assist in booking your international airfare.
